My nivona CUBE 4 slowly leaks water underneath the machine whenever the filled water tank is attached. The tank does not leak when detached, and the visible red seals appear undamaged. I emailed them on 12 October 2026 asking for help, but have received no reply. The problem remains unresolved. Disappointing after-sales support. I would appreciate a response and a clear solution.
