Absolutely shocking and terrible experience with Dyson. My vacuum cleaner V11 stopped working, and support simply refused to repair it at all, motivating this that they don't have any spare parts. And that I should just go and buy a new one .... Please keep in mind that they still sell V11 on their website. So if you will buy it and it breaks - you will be left alone with no chance to fix it. Beware
